Access your Planning Forms, request Lists etc
 All clients that have confirmed a booking with Streetlife should have received an email informing them of their log in details to the client area of my web-site. This area allows you to create Music request lists, Planning Forms, Timeline Forms etc. All of these can be saved and edited at a later date.

When you have finished adding information to these forms they will be sent to me when you select the submit button.

Please try to ensure that these are sent to me at least 3 days before your event giving me enough time to find music requests.

The system will not allow you access with less than 48 hours to your event.
