Great Fosters is a Grade I listed Elizabethan manor set within 50 acres of formal gardens in Egham, complete with a Japanese bridge, lake and Saxon moat. The Tithe Barn holds up to 250 for evening receptions, while the more intimate Orangery suits smaller celebrations. With 56 suites and rooms on site, guests can make a proper weekend of it. I've worked at venues like this where the setting does a lot of the heavy lifting, and my job is to read the room and build the evening from relaxed dinner music through to a packed dance floor.
