Sensible exclusions

Third‑party costs and venue rules outside DJ control, for example power failure, hard sound limiters tripping, strict curfews, or scheduling overruns that compress dancing time.
Situations where agreed restrictions, for example a very long veto list, make a busy dance floor unlikely.
One claim per event, made in writing within seven days.
