After 2,500 weddings, I'm confident enough to put this in writing. If you feel I did not deliver the service we agreed, tell me within seven days and I will refund the DJ fee. No hoops, no small print, no "let's discuss what you meant by good."
How it works
1. We agree your brief
Before the wedding, we build a written brief together: your timeline, your Love Story, your music, your key moments. Everything I'm promising to deliver is in that document.
2. I deliver as promised
I DJ your evening and host your day exactly as we agreed, with clear communication before and during the event.
3. If something falls short
Tell me on the night so I can put it right there and then. If you're still unhappy, follow up in writing within seven days. I'll call, we'll talk, and if I didn't hold up my end, I'll refund the DJ fee.
What the guarantee covers
This covers the things that are in my control and that we agreed in your brief:
- The DJ and MC service fee.
- Hosting quality, timeline management, and music delivery, including your first dance.
- A fair, honest conversation about what happened and how it felt. Not a committee. Not a form. A phone call between two adults.
Sensible exclusions
Some things genuinely aren't in my hands:
- Third-party issues and venue rules I can't override: power failures, hard sound limiters tripping, strict curfews, or scheduling overruns that compress dancing time.
- Outcomes where agreed restrictions (a very long veto list, for instance) make a packed dance floor unlikely. I'll flag this during planning, not after.
- One claim per event, made in writing within seven days.

Because most couples have never hired a DJ before and have no way of knowing whether the person they're booking will actually deliver. Reading reviews helps. Watching videos helps. But a written guarantee from someone with 25 years and 2,500 weddings behind them removes the last bit of doubt.
